What we did
- Opened the dock in the middle of the night. Our team met the freight at 3 a.m., minutes off I-95 and I-295.
- Reworked all 15 pallets. We restacked, rewrapped and squared up the freight so it was safe to travel and ready for the receiver.
- Counted and photographed the load. Every pallet was checked so the carrier had a record of its condition.
- Got it back on the road the same day. The load rolled out to finish its trip instead of sitting and missing its window.
