Can you deliver before the store opens?
Yes. Early-morning and after-hours deliveries are available by appointment. After-hours and weekend work carries an added fee.
Do you deliver to malls?
Yes. We follow mall receiving rules, including freight corridors, elevators, certificates of insurance and delivery windows. Our $1M insurance certificate is available on request.
Can you install fixtures and displays?
Yes. Our crews place, assemble and set fixtures, displays and POP materials, and remove packaging.
Do you deliver to hospitals and other institutions too?
Yes. We deliver to hospitals, schools, government buildings and offices with appointment scheduling and security check-in.
Can you pick up returns from stores?
Yes. We can collect returns, damaged items and empty fixtures on the same trip and bring them back to our Richmond dock.
How many stores can you deliver in one rollout?
From a handful to dozens. Larger rollouts are scheduled in phases with storage at our Richmond warehouse between waves.
